ORDERING INFORMATION
Shipping Charges:
Orders of in stock items over $50.00 will be shipped
for free, excluding Direct Ship DS items. All orders of
in stock items less than $50.00 are subject to a
shipping (minimum $10.95) charge. Direct Shipped
“DS” items are subject to a 20% shipping charge.
*Direct Ship items are a tailgate delivery.
Customer Accounts:
Credit accounts are provided for public schools, day
care centers, governmentally funded agencies and
quali昀椀ed commercial customers. Individuals are
welcome to order on our website or by using our
fast order form and sending it by mail with a check or
money order.
Payment Terms:
All invoices are due net 30 days from invoice date.
Sales Tax:
All sales paid for with personal check or credit card
are subject to sales tax.
Product Information & Pricing:
All product information and pricing in this catalog is
accurate as of 12/31/2025. While we will make every
e昀昀ort to maintain these prices, we cannot guarantee
this. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
If an item is described inaccurately, or if a price has
changed since print time, we will make every e昀昀ort
to notify you before processing your order.
WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER
1. Count your Cartons:
Count the packages you receive. If there is a
discrepancy, please call us at 1-800-628-5078 within
2 business days.
2. Check for Damage:
Any visible damage must be noted on the freight bill
upon signing for your freight. You must contact
customer service within 2 business days to report
any concealed damage. Retain all packaging and
cartons. Photographic evidence will be required. We
are unable to honor concealed damage claims beyond
2 business days. Honored concealed damage claims
will be at a maximum of 2/3 the price of the item.
INSPECT ALL FREIGHT IMMEDIATELY!
3. Find your Packing List:
Your packing list will either be on the outside of your
carton, inside your carton or in a separate envelope
delivered to your receiving department with your order.
4. Check your Order In:
Open the cartons and empty the contents on a clean,
昀氀at surface. Check all items against the items listed
on your packing list. Note any discrepancies & report
them to our customer service department at

within 30 days.
RETURNING ITEMS
Contact our customer service department before making a
return.
Carefully repack the items in the original packaging if possible
to avoid damage during shipping. Please include a copy of your
packing list and return document.
Returns may be subject to a return freight and restocking fee.
Furniture and capital equipment orders being cancelled after
shipment are subject to the manufacturer’s shipping and restocking fees.
